SHIPPING

A flat rate shipping fee of $8 applies to all orders. Current shipping is to New Zealand only.

Most items are hand-made to order. Please allow 10-14 days plus shipping time for delivery of your products.

All items are sent tracked.

Delivery times may vary depending on where you live within New Zealand.

RETURNS

The Dough Folk values the quality of the products we craft. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us immediately. If the product you receive is faulty we will gladly replace the item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.

If you change your mind, we are unfortunately unable to offer you an exchange or refund of your product.

If your product has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately and we will work with the courier company directly to resolve the claim.
